For example, by driving safely and avoiding accidents it’s likely that you can build up a substantial no claims discount on your car insurance policy. At Privilege, we specialise in insuring safe drivers, that’s why we reward you for every claim-free year you clock up, up to a maximum of five years.

When you first insure your car with us, you start with a fixed percentage discount. This will then go up until your have five years without claims. What’s more, after four years, you can protect your no claims discount for a small extra premium. This means that you can make one claim in any one year or two claims in any three-year period, and you won't lose the discount earned for your previous years of safe driving.

Locks and alarms
Although we do not offer a discount for a vehicle having an alarm system or a car-tracker fitted after purchase, having such devices in place helps to avoid claims for theft and therefore helps you build up your no claims discount.
