How to claim

Claiming on your home insurance?

With Privilege, you can feel sure we aim to deal with everything quickly and without fuss.

Make a note of your policy number, which you'll find on your policy schedule, and call us straightaway on 0870 607 0040.
We're here to take your call from 8am to 8pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.

Even better, you don't need to complete a claim form and we agree many straightforward claims over the phone.
When it comes to your satisfaction, nothing is too much trouble.

Make sure you have the following to hand when you call:

  • Your insurance policy number.
  • The date and time that the accident happened.
  • Details of the event.
  • What the damage was to your building and/or contents.
  • A police report number or reference if you were given one.

 

Max call charge from a BT landline is 3p per minute. Calls from other networks may vary.
